In construction, teams are critical to success. The IntegraBIM team brings over 80 years of combined construction experience to our clients. We grow our people through regular cross-training and sharing of knowledge on advanced technology. We emphasize problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, which we bring to our clients in coordination and key project leadership roles.
Nicholas is Founder and Principal at IntegraBIM, a Consulting group focusing on bringing innovation to the design process and construction execution. With over 20 years in Construction Management and Preconstruction for large commercial projects, Nicholas is an experienced BIM and VDC manager. His early career began as a health care provider in long term care facilities, where he gained an appreciation for the role that facilities play in the delivery of care. This experience was especially useful when Nicholas took on the role of interim BIM Manager for the 141,600 sf Sutter Mission Bernal Campus Hospital in 2014. Since then Nicholas has gone on to other high profile projects for Kaiser, Sutter, Google and more.
Jeff has deep experience across different types of construction projects – from complex commercial buildings like Google Bay View, and large apartment and housing developments, to custom home builds. Through these projects, he has built expertise in diverse roles, such as being the General Contractor (both Project Manager and Superintendent), Development Manager / Owner Representative, and BIM modeler / detailer. Having led and been a part of big project teams, he brings unique perspectives on problem-solving and collaborating across trades to deliver results.
Shelly has extensive experience in model integration. She has collaborated with Architects and MEP Trade Partners on BIM projects including hospitals, universities, and theme park attractions. As a BIM Manager with Integra, she provides Revit, AutoCad, and Navisworks leadership to her teams, and ensures project deliverables are handed off accurately and on time.
Debbie has over 20 years of business experience in a variety of roles in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, and Finance.
